DRIP: Paint in Motion

Imagine a painting that can paint itself, dance, look at you, touch other paintings and change those others with its own paint. Sounds too good to be true? It might be, but DRIP is bringing it to us.

There is a great interview with Marla Maribal, the artistic director for DRIP, over on her MySpace page. The original article was printed in a recent edition of the Watermark, a local GLBT publication.

Most Fringers will remember last year's performance by Jessica Mariko and crew at the Fringe Preview (this year's is April 30th). Actually, I didn't make it last year, but from what I understand it was unforgettable.

DRIP can also be seen performing at Nude Nites this weekend if you've got the time.
